Stunning Kathy. I love the colors and layout. Larger prints can be challenging in a more elaborate print.

Last BOOM block for today. This one's for SBG. Wanted to PP a bulldozer but impossible with out black for the tires, so I went hard hat and cone.

Hav where do you get your paper piece patterns? I like to paper piece but haven’t found a lot of options for 12.5” blocks!

I have about 75 books, Etsy, or make my own pattern LogCabin. My love for PP came out of the BOOMs. Loved that t is a perfect 12.5 inch block and patterns are crisp. I often resize patterns. The ones above were 9 inch patterns that I resized by 66 percent to get 6 inch blocks. Just need to remember to make the dream allowance 1/4 when resizing because those shrink in the resizing. Learned that one the hard way.

    Happy belated birthday Bonnie

HAV another beautiful block and a couple very fun kid’s blocks. Can’t wait to see your cockpit made into a block

Cheesehead your blocks are so pretty

Today I close up the sewing room and start packing. Hubby has most of the kitchen stuff packed up as well as the outdoor furniture brought in. We should be on the road very early Wednesday morning. Will be excited to get home and start on my boom fabrics. Have one pattern printed out for Anna’s house fabric

Hav, I love the adorable construction block! Black tires would have been ok, but I do love the cone and hard hat. Just amazing!

Terri, thank you. I hope the packing up isn't too bad. Have a safe trip home. And be sure to remind me to send your package to a different address when we wrap up.
