Here is an improv black and gray block for MonaG. This was a little tricky, hope you like it. Hugs!

Sorry, I've been up to my eyeballs in family stuff for the last few days but I'm working on getting the latest blocks into the gallery. Hope everyone had lovely weekend. I have a dental appt tomorrow to fix a broken crown. Not looking forward to it but it has to be fixed before there's a real problem.

Hope you have a lovely rest of your weekend.

Here is one for All2Pieces, and I messed up the multicolored dotted fabric is for Terriamn, I listed them for Mona. I loved this hip mod 70’s hippie flower fabric, peace on!

Here is one for Sewbiz, this was a challenge but I think it’s good for a boy, I’m not sure what the second one one will be yet, only 11 more (but I have 2 so that’s not too bad for a weekend). Hugs all!

Reba thank you for my colorful blocks. Love the idea of your stop light for Sewbiz’s block

You are welcome :-) and here is my second one for Sewbiz, luckily she asked for a simple block, the fussy cut squares were definitely tricky but satisfying :-)

Wow Reba! So many cool blocks! You've been sewing your little heart out. I love my blocks and so will whatever small boy ends up with this quilt. Thank you!

I have been asked to do this month's presentation at our guild meeting, and the topic is QAYG. I've been individually quilting my Donald Duck blocks from a previous boom, so that I'll have them to use in the QAYG demo. I'm thinking about just mentioning the narrow QAYG method, but spending most of the teaching time on showing how to do the wide joins with wide sashings and inserted batting. Not a lot of people know how to do that. Wish me luck!

I made one for Libster, it is called Twist. I liked it so much that I had to make one for Cheesehead.

Here'the block that I made for cheesehead today. Hope you like it. The centers are a golden yellow, not orange. Sorry, that's my bad picture taking.
