Terriamn, hahaha, yes it was between the scarecrow, cow or apron in the vintage farmgirl 2 book, beat you to the punch LOL. Here is one for Cheesehead, I’m playing around with my new-to-me accuquilt cleopatra’s fan block. Picked it up on clearance at the accuquilt booth in Grand Rapids. Holy cow this is sooo convenient, pieces cut in a jiffy and it sewed together so fast. I might make one for terriamn out of the blue fabric. Just love this die & machine. Hugs all!

Grand blocks, Squirrels! I’ll put the new ones in the gallery tomorrow. Love the Cleopatra’s fan, the horse and the apron especially. I haven’t even begun to think about the Farm Girl block yet. I guess it’ll be the last one I sew.

Tomorrow is a quick trip to the LQS after coffee with friends. I need a couple of blenders. Then I’ll come home and work on another block or two. At this rate, I’ll be done next week. I definitely should have done two groups.

It was a full day with the girls so I’m off to bed shortly. Enjoy your evening.

Reba, I have a whole box of half finished Cleopatra's Fan blocks. A friend or perhaps I should say acquaintance asked me to finish a quilt her mother had started using the Cleopatra's Fan before she passed away. But what a mess. Garish colors, using templates but most cut inaccurately and pinned together, then two hand stitched. Generally a mess. I got about 25 finished and have been trying to ignore making more. I know I have to finish this, but why do I volunteer to do things like this? Challenge perhaps? I love the block and so glad you have the AccuQuilt to make it easier and more accurate.

Hey, Hey, Hey. I am almost finished with my quilting the top I mentioned this morning, One more quarter to go and then Ta-Da, square up and bind. Time to load up an audio book and finish.
