Brenda, glad you are doing better. It's hard to be sick w/so many peole around. Isn't it amazing how long our kids need us??! Whoever said we were done when they turned 18 --- didn't have kids!! :(

Finally, I've taken pictures of the blocks I received Oct. 14 and 15 from Cat18, Jupiter, and Ksea. They are lovely. I'm sorry it took so long.

Hi all!I have been AWOL for far too long! I have been so busy with school I just finished a weekend class yesterday, so I have a little more time. But, I need to catch up on the rest of my life now!
All the posted blocks are great!
Jupiter - that horse quilt is incredible!
I will be sending out several blocks tomorrow morning. This will be everyone except Goldendog55 (I am trying to decide on just the right block for your bears!) And, the two F8's I have not received, of course.
I finally have some pictures to post!!! Thank you again to everyone. The blocks are so wonderful and fun to receive!

Here are the two blocks I sent to purplemem. My DS10 helped choose the colors and fabrics for these blocks.
I just loved her bright butterflies! I designed both of these blocks myself. I made the "stem" too wide, but didn't realize it until I have everything put together and not enough fabric to re-cut it. Hope it's okay how it is!
For those of you who don't know, my mom and I work on the blocks together, which is why you see the two blocks. It is like a game for us to see what blocks we can get out of those little F8's! We also get to spend some quality time together.

Misty, Oh how I love those blocks! I can't wait to get them, they are so pretty.
I received a "stunner" today from MissGiggleWings. Beautiful framing around the butterflies.
