Thank you so much! She is such a love and her smile is what makes my days worth it-okay okay so do the hugs and the I love you mommy's lol!
I do wish she would stay little just a smidge longer but....I enjoy each and every day and relish in the memories :-)

Speaking of smide Izzy said to me the other day (after washing her pillow, lovey & bear and putting them in the dryer)
"mommy pillow is still a smidge wet but that's okay."
I was practically peeing :-)

April, kids say the sweetest-- & often funny, things!!!

Take a suggestion from a mom of 6 who never thought to do this ---- tape her once in awhile, saying something adorable, reading a book or just talking - something!! I wish I had my little ones' voices on tape to play back now & then.

In an effort to see where I am in the swap - & what I still have to do---- I've mailed out all blocks except for cat18, dawsontracy35 & purplemem .

Did not rec'v fat 8ths from letsquilt, mbogenpohl, & new2quilting.

quiltlin & knlsmith, I mailed your blocks but have not seen where you have rec'd them? Please let me know if you have/haven't.

I received quiltlin's grownup block today. The fussy cut butterflies are awesome! I'm hoping to finish my blocks this weekend. :-)

Just wanted to say the new sewing room is finally done and I can start moving in and start sewing some on the days I feel good-woohooo!!
Here are some pictures of the finished room. There is a bathroom down there now-yeah!!! The white spaces on the two walls are pegboard :-)

Okay a long overdue update on my beautiful hug blocks is here! These are more that I have received. I know missgiggles is not in here (thank you hubby!) but as soon as I get to it in moving sewing spaces I will post a picture-I know it had a great pinwheel in the middle of it :-)
I want to thank you all again-you are truly fabulous and such a wonderful base of support for me and for Izabella. You all mean so very much to the both of us!!

I received a grown up block from quiltlin today! I love the color combinations! I'm hoping to finish all my blocks this weekend at a retreat at the beach! I can take pictures then as well and the PO will be busy!
