Just wanted to let everyone to know that I have been working on the boomerangs and hope to get all of them in the mail soon. Life is trying to get in the way but I am going to just shut myself in my sewing room and not come out. I still have a few spaces on my chart of not receiving material. Should I pm those I haven't heard from or are there some who haven't sent?

I haven't received F8's from letsquilt, mbogenpohl or new2quilting. I have seen posts from a couple of them of on other threads but I'm not sure what is happening with them in this swap. I haven't pm'd them but was wondering the same thing. I hope they respond soon so we can plan accordingly.

Maybe if we all send them a note, it will spur them to remember us instead of collecting our F8's! I really think it irresponsible to join a swap like this and come out with extra fabric! Especially when we see them signed up in a lot of other things!

Thank you for saying that Karen, I wanted to but wasn't sure that if I should. But now that you have I will stand behind you, I will be the first one to give someone a break because of life getting in the way, but we sure should have heard something by now, the swap only has 6 wks left.

I sent PM s to the 3 who are not participating and asked them what their intensions are. Also asked them to check in with our group today. I sure hope I didn't make any of them mad at me for asking, but you all are right. They do need to let us know what is going on in their world and when we can expect our blocks.

...hoping I'm not in the dog house....

The part about my material doesn't really bother me, what bothers me is that there were other people that really wanted to be in this swap, and they got left out. This swap is very limited, I know I had to wait to get in on it, and was absolutely pleased to have made it. And am very pleased still.

Received two gorgeous blocks from letsquilt. Will post pictures later tonight, taking hubby to Dr. Thanks letsquilt I love them. She also sent back my heart for the back, all signed and happy.
