It all feels hopeless and bleak again which I should realize is lame because my son is doing so much better with the correct teaching strategies and all the therapy he is now getting. The five doctors appointments for the kids every week will soon be nine :? My daughter is still the same person she was this morning before we saw the psychologist. This knowledge is helpful. I am sure I will feel better soon...

Sorry to be so sad. I was very excited earlier. My squishies are ready to go. They are all in a nice neat pile (well, except for the 15 times the kids and cat knocked them over :) ).
Hang in there. I have 4 kids the oldest and the second to youngest have ADD and trouble with comprehension. After the oldest got in to high school her brain kind of grew up a little bit more she began reading more books, and doing better in school. I am hoping the same for Peter who just started 6th grade. We got him a book reader for Christmas and he seems to enjoy that device more than 'real' paper books. I think its the first step for him. My 2nd daughter is an A student and the youngest hasn't started school yet so we'll see. It's just how their brains are wired.

I just want to say WOW I am so impressed with myself right now. I just did a mail merge from the Excel spreadsheet. Which I haven't done one for over 3 years and that was on XP not the current WORD so to say I was rusty is an understatement. Now if I just had labels LOL. Tomorrow I guess.

thank you April this is going to be fun!

18 of mine should be going out either this morning or tomorrow morning. Still waiting on my fabric order to arrive, so I can fill in the last few pieces of farm fabric I need. And I need some more stamps! :-)

Here's a sneak peek of my "cool" jeweltone batiks, for one of my sets.

Wow I'm a bestie buddy too. Bought my stamps yesterday, got my fabric ready to go,set up two seprate boxes for both swaps, now to print the lables, forgot to get them when I was out yesterday so back to the store today then to stuff and mail, can't wait until they start coming in. Mine should start going out tomorrow or Friday. Hope to mail all 70 at once. I better buy another roll of stamps so I can return them when they start coming in, don't want them to sit and pile up on me.
    Can you tell I'm excited?

    Love the jeweltones :-)
I am going to be doing an odd thing this swap. (and be forewarned ladies this swap does become addicting lol You will find yourselves buying fabric for the next one before you are even done with this one ;-))
Izzy picked the orange but said she wants a doll blanket so I am going to send out 4 of the orange so she ends up with a 24x24 doll quilt. I am then ending out 16 of the purple fabric and 15 of some fabric I have not yet determined lol
    Hugs
    April
