Yeah that's about right here in Cali prob more like 5.95 here but most LQS fabs about 10.00.

i did go buy kona. much nicer. I like challenging myself to learn a few new blocks but fear I may be bald from tearing my hair out when this is through. lol oh and my daughter mailed the blocks home (helping me, smile). she just put 2 forever stamps on em and put em out for pickup. grr I nicely explained that while I appreciate the help it may not have been enough postage. so. . . let me know if I owe ya ladies! I will pay up!

I received 3 blocks this week. Actually, I forgot that I sent out this fabric so it was twice as nice to get these beautiful blocks from Difergie, missgigglewings and Carol Hupp. Thanks ladies! Pictures to follow soon.

Kona here is between $15.00 and $18.00 a metre. Wish Joanne's would have shipping to Canada.

Hi all-I'm still hanging around :oops: It's been so hot here and I've been so swelled for a while that I haven't started sewing but I hope do so soon! I'll be gone from home next week, house sitting so I will try to keep posted what I've received and what comes in. I did receive a wonderful block from MissGiggleWings-it turned out great :thumbup:
