I am really enjoying this swap. Seeing your pictures are inspiring. I have a bunch ready to send back to you and bunch more to sew up. I am waiting for surgery and sew when my eyes will let me. I have severe stigmatism in one eye; severe myopia in the other and both have cataracts. I have problems with being on the computer for long periods of time and in the last two months doing my work at work (accountant). Had pre-op beginning of June so anxiously waiting so I can see again. When eyes aren't too blurry I sew. Hopefully things will be clearer soon!! Thanks for your patience.

rita- i'm willing to wait, and i'm sure others are also. you will most likely feel like a new person after the surgery! my sister, who has worn glasses all her life had surgery and now just wears the drugstore reading glasses once in awhile. truly miraculous! so good luck! hope it goes very smoothly!

This is a wonderful group. I am sure nobody else will mind. I certainly do not.

    Hi! :)

I'm showing that bolin0909 sent me two F8s: a pretty purple leafy calico and a solid orange. The orange fabric had a request to put blue fabric with it, if I recall correctly.

Looks like she's in both of the groups I'm in (North and South), but I'm not sure now which F8 went with which group. She may have indicated it on the note, but I've slept since then. LOL! ;) (Edited to add: See my next post. I think I figured out which goes with which, based on her previous posts.)

The finished blocks should have arrived long ago, so I'll go ahead and post pics. Hope it helps! :)

Block #2 For Bolin0909 - Appears to be for the North group (see post below)

I went and looked at some of her previous posts where she put up photos of the blocks that arrived. In this post she put the photo of the purple block in the North group, and she has other purple blocks posted in the North group in this post. She mentions in this post in the North group that she's using purples.

And she posted orange and blue blocks in the South group in this post. She mentions here in the South group that she's using orange and blue for her colors.

So it looks like she's doing purples for the North group, and orange/blue for the South group. :)

(Hopefully I did those links right! LOL! )
