Peg, whenever you are ready, we will be here. In the meantime, keep caring for your father and taking care of what matters most.

    Thanks Leann, appreciate your prayers.

I'm actually looking at the board tonight, enjoying all the new postings. Haven't been very active here lately and miss all the activity.

It's amazing how you can feel like good friends to people you have never met, but have a common interest.

Peg - the MOST important thing in your life right now is your Dad. We ALL have plenty to work on, so no worries. He is so fortunate to have you care for him. Treasure these moments.

Peg...life has it's priorities and your dad is top of the list right now. Do not even spend a second stressing over this swap. I lost my dad two years ago. Treasure each moment with him. In my prayers...di

Peg, lots of thoughts and prayers heading your way. I lost my Dad 4 years ago so I understand completely what you are going through. Enjoy every moment while you can! One thing I learned from Hospice, which is an incredible organization, is.... even though you want to spend every moment caring for and worrying about Dad...don't forget to take care of yourself too, and try and find a few minutes for yourself now and then. Even if you put your favorite music on in the car and take a ride for a little bit. Hospice people are there for YOU too be sure to utilize all of their services....they are amazing people and they got us through a very difficult time. My best to you and your family.
