Love the humor too. I plan to someday do all those things on your list too. But not today. I have now cut pieces for two blocks but have not sewn a stinking thing yet. Hope to start sometime soon but this working for a living sure interferes with my quilting.

Got blocks today from JaneCat and PaintmeJudy.
Both so sweet. My little princess is going to be tickled pink...
I can't post pics. Waiting on baby boy to do it for me or at least show me what I'm doing wrong.

I am glad you liked the blocks! I have a secret. For those of you who are new to these swaps, my mom and I do them together. We enjoy the challenge of creating two blocks whenever possible. We get to spend good times together and it's fun to see how different the blocks are sometimes. :)

Better later than never!! One was ripped open (boarder fabric-holic perhaps) but everything was fine. Have put all my envelopes in a box so I'm ready to start on them - no particular order - will see what fabric strikes my fancy when I open the box...this is so much fun!! Love the variety of fabrics as well! I see a shopping trip in my near future for some fat quarters of colours that I don't have in my stash and this usually means extra fabric for me!!!
