I mailed all my fabric today, Gosh it was so exspensive. $2.06 for each of the USA, $5 for international. I am in 2 large groups.

I received two F8th from
Chigger Holler Quilter

and a Beautiful finished block from Chigger Holler Quilter, the fabric that you used with mine looks like suede, I love that block! it is totally awesome! I can't post a pic yet but should have camera back on Tuesday!

I also had two envelopes at post office with postage due so will be able to pick them up on Monday! The PO used to deliver them and you could leave the money taped to a card, but I guess some did not pay so now you have to go in during business hours to pick it up.

We went to town today to shop for fabric (I have a few orders I have to get out for Christmas) so shopping when someone else is paying is double fun! So I was able to pick up a few items I needed for this swap, Hopefully next week I will kick it into high gear and get some serious sewing done!

I received a cute block from marytoddliz today. It is posted below. Sorry that I have not posted the block from jennifer22206 yet. It's picture was taken with the camera that I keep in my sewing room which is not handy right now. Eventually, I promise, I will post it. Three different fabrics were sent out, but all of my blocks that have been returned have been made with the soccer fabric! Guess it made more noise that the other two!

wow that is expensive but so far I have been so impressed with the quality of the blocks I have recieved..I hope it continues..I have been in some groups where I wasnt so impressed, so so far so good!

Ok, I am sure someone out there can understand how I am paying my stupid tax. Let me explain. I somehow used the wrong list when sending out my F8. I started getting private messages from people telling me they were not in the boomerang 6.0. Well what happened is I tried to Mail Merge and was not having a great time of it and now I see it got worse. To make a long story short I just wanted to let everyone know that my F8 will make it but may be a bit later than everyone elses. I am not sure how many I will manage to get back so I need to see if I can locate more of the fabric I did use. I have 16 I could send out and I may do that to cover the first 16 on the list and if/as I get others back I can mail them off or I can choose to use a different fabric. Lets just say I have had the wind taken out of my sails.
