I can hardly wait to have grown up blocks returning home. Who's going to win a 'prize' for winning the race??? :)

i order from fabricdepot.com. you can order as little as 1/8 or 1/4 yard and they always have a sale going on, name brand fabrics also. i also order batik remnants from thousandsofbolts.com between $2-3 a piece. they sale hoffmann and bali batiks.
yes the lqs batiks can give you sticker shock as well as the $10.99 & up fabric prices but my lqs is the closet fabric shop to me so i do shop there.... in bits & pieces.

Wow how crazy is that! $18.00 a yard and won't sell you less than a yard!
no wonder so many people that used to sew have quit. I buy a lot of my fabric on ebay also, some prices are pretty good, but you really have to shop around.
No squishes in the mail for me today, sending home 4 grown up blocks tomorrow.
