I'm still around, but haven't had any updates to post. Except for the extra block for Havplenty , the mail lady hasn't brought any squishies in quite awhile (over 2 weeks).

Looking at my list, I'm awaiting F8s from QuilterMomma and sew1096. All the F8's I've received have been mailed back to their mommies.

I've received 11 completed blocks back so far, which is almost 1/3 of them, and have posted pics of all of them in the thread as well as on my Photobucket page (link in sig line).

Wow Allicat, 70 blocks! Have fun in your quilting marathon wth your sisters.

I missed the post office on Saturday. I guess they've changed the hours. I promise to get the last of my F8s out tomorrow.

I have to look at my list but I think I'm missing about 7-9 F8s coming in and it sounds like everyone but me has sent all theirs out. I hope they're just taking the "scenic route" to the High Sierras and not lost!

I keep putting all my finished blocks into a basket so I don't lose them but I guess I should start packaging them up for mailing. Maybe I'll do that instead of making more blocks tomorrow.

All the blocks I've seen posted so far are beautiful. This is my first swap with you ladies so I hope you like the blocks I've chosen.

I'll update again after I hit the post office.

Ok, I have my fabric. I decided I would send out plain white fabric with each of my finished blocks. Will make a coordinated type quilt. This way, whatever fabric you have will work out. Will be sending out next week. Going to try and finish all the blocks this long weekend before my neck rhizotomy. Thank you ladies for waiting. Been so busy with husband, having ankle surgery, children and college, then high school stuff. Had to even pass up church service because I caught flu and could not help there. Sometimes there just is not enough of us to go around when we work a full-time job and customer quilts part time. You ladies did great on your blocks. Love them.

Yeah, I got carried away when I signed up.....but really not as intimidating as I thought it would be. I have kept it all very organized and I know this will benefit me in the long run! Glad you are making headway with yours..can't wait to get your fabric....
