I received a totally awesome block from OkDarla, I love it, it is so cool, It is like a little hidden pocket! It will look great on my quilt. I also received F8 from sew1096. This will be fun fabric to work with. I am going to get right on it! I have 3 other blocks to finish and they will be going out this week. I am down to only needing one more F8 from QuilterMomma, (I hope you are feeling better soon! That sounds like it really hurts! my cousin's little girl lost 3 of her fingers this summer but the doctors were amazing and sewed them back on! She is 5 years old and they say she will have a complete recover with only a small bit of scaring! modern medicine is remarkable~

I want to thank missgigglewings and marytoddliz for their recent blocks. missgigglewings added sewing fabric to my
block and marytoddliz added applique. They are both great blocks! I won't be posting any more pictures. I can still sew, but I found out last week that I am partially blind and getting worse. I just don't have the patience right now to figure
out this new system, and this will be my last swap here, due to the fact that I can never tell when someone else has posted something. It has really made this swap seem tedious and unfriendly. I want to know when someone has received something, see it on the screen, and not have to look through an entire album looking for it. I have really enjoyed this swap and others, but I want human contact from this board, and its not working anymore.
I am still working on more blocks, with the help of additional lighting and magnification, so if you haven't received yours yet, I am getting them done! Thanks for listening! Judy

goldendog55 sorry this new board has been such a challenge for you as it has for many of us. also i am sorry to hear that you will not be doing anymore swaps and about your eyesight. i also have an eye "condition" that may some day render me sightless so i know how preciouse eyesight is.

i can only suggest that you not let this new format frustrate you and take away any enjoyment that you have sewing blocks for this swap. hang in there and make this as fun as possible for yourself.
