I finished babeyruth's block today. This was a another first time block for me. I love this swap too, I'm taking myself outside the box and it actually feels pretty good when I see the finished block.

Babeyruth, I like it so much I want to keep it. LOL I'll definately be making me one of these blocks or maybe two or three or four. Hope you like it, if not I'll take it back, and it won't even hurt my feelings. Just thought I'd throw that out there. LOL

I have a question for all of you:

I am playing with three-dimensional blocks in another project of mine right now. Some of the fabrics you have sent would be perfect for some of the blocks. Are you up for something a little different? Or would you prefer I stay to traditional piecing/applique?

Would love something different. That's what it's all about.

That's one reason I joined this swap to try different things, so it's fine with me.
