It seems my fabrics and "beach" theme inspired many of my fellow booms to make pinwheels, as I've received a few--they are going to look great in my quilt too! I received a pinwheel block from troy26 all the way from Australia yesterday![ATTACH=CONFIG]297066[/ATTACH] Thank you Lyndell, I love it!

Nice blocks you have received and the pinwheels do look great together! It will soon be time to put our quilts together. Have you all made the one for yourself yet? I decided to wait and see what patterns I have from the swappers first, and then add one myself that would be a different block.

I have picked out my backing fabric! I just love it! At first I thought it was a little too "loud" but the more I looked the more I liked it!
Now to wait until I get the rest of the blocks. I did the side swap with Oldcatlady, she was so sweet she sent me 2 blocks! I posted the pictures in my album called Spring Boom6 received. And also posted pictures of my sashing and backing. I am going to try and post it here too.

You are welcome,. Deltadawn I loved working with your fabric, I am thinking of adding all the scraps I have from the bright fabrics and adding a block to my quilt. My quilt is looking awesome. I am going to make a pillow sham out od the blocks I have not received yet.
Merry Christmas Everyone, I have to leave my sewing machine and go have dinner with family. Later I will post a picture of the quilt my Husband made for me! I was so blown away! I have been teaching him how to do patchwork quilting and right under my nose he made me a Wonderful quilt for Christmas!
