Ladies, I am going to do two boys quilts, who's father is a fireman. I need firemen patterns and swatches of fabrics if you have any. These will be 40x48". I just want a verroity of patterns and fire stuff. I have limited resources here for firemen stuff. Please do not purchase anything special, just want your scraps please. Thanks a bunch and if I can return the favor, please let me know. Phannie.

I have 12 blocks completed but can't mail yet. (I have to bring them to my Independent Quilting Class....as part of what I had to complete for this month). I hope to get the other 3 done soon then mail them all. I hope you all don't mind I am doing most of them in one style just for time restraints. I have a few that I've not done the same just because I thought it wouldn't look right cutting the material that way.

Sharon!!! No, I just wanted to make sure I got them all done. I still have the one to do but I already know what I'm doing. This is my 2nd boom and I know how time gets away from me. I have to have them done for everyone plus for my BOM. This has given me more incentive to make sure my project for the month is completed. Sharon-I'm sure you are doing fine. Just think...if you had joined the other boom you'd be doing 35! Now that one was a killer!! Thats why I signed up for one with less blocks to commit to.

I finished two more blocks tonight to go in the post tomorrow and I have another one cut out ready to sew. Only three more to do. I'm really enjoying this now and I don't want it to end.
