Received a great block, and very unique, the browns look pretty cool!

Sharon-I love the block!! I don't have one like that yet. You would have been fine to do anything with it really.

I love the block that you got Babeyruth from MusicalJan-that is so simple looking yet elegant. Can't wait to see finished quilts with these blocks.

Thanks Babeyruth. I have book called Thinking Outside the Block. Love the book! The idea for your block came from there. I thought it helped the block look 'elegant'.

Here are the blocks I have received so far. I am still waiting for AngieS and musicaljan (both in the mail) for the creepy crawly fabric and yogglover (has anyone heard from her?) for more bugs. I also have some more little boy fabric in Autumn. For the creepy crawly quilt, any suggestions on sashing? Orange, green, brown or something totally different. This is for a little boy Linus quilt. The blocks are not in any particular order.

What about that bright blue that is in it? The fabric I added is bright. I hope it does ok with your other blocks. You could always do black if you can't find the right color? Love the blocks!!
