Oh I almost forgot, I have not received an F8 from MaryMo yet. Is that right or did it get lost in the mail? I have been so busy working on "projects" time is getting away from me! Some one told me it is almost Mothers Day! I thought it had to be Feb! LOL... Why does time go so much faster as we get old, doesn't seem fair!

I have not yet sent out all of my F8's. I hope to do so this week. I got stumped on a block and put it all aside for a bit, then life happened. Life gets confused and disorganized and threatening sometimes .... but without the ups and downs there would be no lush valleys, right?

Dotty - yes it does. My goal is one day making a whole quilt using that block. Working on a New York beauty now and that is slow going.

I had such a great time at my BFF Private Quilt Retreat: Best Quilt Retreat ever!!!!!!!
5 days of non-stop, uninterrupted sewing was wonderful, especially with great friends!! Lynn and I completed sooo many Boom blocks while we were there. I finished 10 Earth boom blocks for: birdlady, crqltr, Roe, dotty, hoppyfrog, lvbabyboomer, lynnquilts, marcialee, OKDarla, shnnn! I plan to mail them today.

I received two finished blocks, one from marcialee and one from Kehoeta--I love them both. Thanks ladies. Will post pictures later.

It's really easy to use. First, you upload your picture, then crop if necessary and apply; then resize--I use 500 in the first left box and apply; then save to your computer.

They are all beautiful I am in 2 groups, and am working on the other group at the moment, only because they came up first in the pile that I was matching fabric and cutting blocks.
