I received my first F8's today from dove911, jaba and ljdugas31. I'm hoping to get most of my F8s out by monday. I'm pulling fabric from my stash and keep changing my mind. I have some in the washer now. I'm going to send the rest of the fabric from Boom 6 that I used with the ladies who did a side swap w/ me since I wasn't in that one 'officially' I hope no one minds working on xmas/winter still. I should have enough blocks to make a good size lap quilt. I'm going to send out 4 totally different fabrics for 4 seperate projects. Maybe next Boom, I'll get more organized ahead of time and just do 1 project. I like the idea of using up my stash. Good excuse to buy more fabric

I love working on fabric I wouldn't normally pick for myself. It stretches my boundaries.

It's good to be an 'official' Boomer this time and I love the ocean. It is so peaceful to me. I'm in the perfect group!

I'm looking forward to making blocks for all of you

So glad to see you all having fun.
Christina so very sorry to read of all your woes. I hope things look up real soon!
As far as mailing blocks home you can send them whenever you want as long as they are all mailed home by the deadline.
    Hugs

I received f8 from goldendog55 today. I completed her block. It is different, she wants blocks for children charity quilts. I think it is cute. I hope she likes it. I will mail out my f8s Mon. Her block will go home to her Mon.

I received my lst fabric yesterday from Dove. Its beautiful!! In the last Boom we didnt know whether to post pictures of blocks we make or wait until we receive them home and then post them. Any suggestions from you ladies in the water group? I love showing off what others have made for me!
