every day is one day forward..

how is everyone coming along on their block making? I finished mosher92's block today.. now that challenged me. I so wanted just ONE more color ..I am off to pull one more but will most likely go figure out a block to go with it and take a break for the night. I had worked on a different project this morning and now.. pooped is an understatement. I sure hope everyone has a great night and will check back in tomorrow to see any new and fun posts.. here isa bee block I received from the girlscouts1.. the middle room is just about bzzzzing right now with all the bee's that have come in.

y'all. i've got to tell you-- i was at jo-ann's today and found the funniest cowboy fabric that i will HAVE to work into the quilt! i will take a pic of it and post it when i post my new beautiful blocks that have come home! yes, that's the other good news!! i found the camera, and dh did manage to fix it! WOO HOO! my son's quilt is on the new design wall, 8-)
can't wait to sash it, border, back and quilt it!!
other good news!! jo-ann's has wool batting , normally 14.99 a yard at half price. Daniel will be warm in london! oooo, does anyone know if it's washable/ dryable?

So...I got 7 blocks cut out last night. Tonight is sewing night!!! May have 7 going home tomorrow (hopefully!!!). Now...I have to warn some of you, I am not making them in the order I received them. I have a few I am still looking for fabric for and a few I have NO idea what to do with your fabric. They haven't "spoken" to me yet. Now...off to work, I have a BUSY day!!!

Fraew, Ill take Abbys moms block you made if she doesnt want it! I LOVE that design. Whats the name of that block?
Great job on all the blocks you sent out. Im finishing up the Plaited block quilt for my daughter in law thats like the one your made for missgigglewings. Im hand quilting mine and ALL those little blocks are driving me nuts but Im almost done! Never again though!! LOL

Sorry I've been MIA lately, not any updates. Nothing going out and nothing coming home. My mail box has been so empty, I think it feels lonesome. For all of you that like surprise packages the Secret Santa 2012 just opened for sign up. I love stuffing those boxes and trying to find little things that people want. You might want to check it out. Trying to get my Xmas blocks done for that swap and I really should dust and vacuum so better go do it.
