Elizabrat....congrats on getting on the donor list.

Marybeth.....so sorry to hear about your friend. When the time is right and the idea comes to you, you will know what to do with the quilt.

    Happy Birthday to MamaHauser.

Oh and I sent a square off to LoriAnn Mosher

Phew.....down to a few left. I went to make one today and I am missing the whole center piece. Now I can't find any of the material I used to make the square. time for a nap.

This is a friendly, family-like bunch of swappers and we try to be kind when other quilters have problems. I would really like to see it stay this way. I do not mean to offend......just mend.
This is my 3rd boom and I think April does an exceptional job and so what if we don't get every block, some peoples lives just doesn't fit into the swap with unexpected turns. I have had to drop out of a couple things cause I just think I can do it all until it finally hits me that I can't. I hope everyone can enjoy this swap and take the good with the bad. I love them and would hate to have them stop.

joanelizbay - so glad you like the block! Sorry I can't help with the name of the block. Someone sent me this block/pattern from a previous swap and it's still on my design wall (part of an unfinished quilt). another UFO for me - Joan

Good Morning Angels!!! Your task today, should you chose to accept, is to call a loved one just to say "Hi and I love you"!!! Afterwards, sit back and close your eyes and reflect on the joys those in our lives have brought to us, whether they are still with us or not.

    Quilty hugs and love!!!

LOL...lil man has started this whole hip sway back and forth while he does the head bob when he is watching RIO. He LOVES the music and he dances. I try to sing (which I used to sing in choirs all over) along with the songs and he runs over puts a hand on my mouth and tells me NO momma!!! I laugh so hard! As for dancing from me??? Well, I used to be on dance team, but that is a whole different story. I can Time Warp pretty well. I tried to Cabbage Patch and my 12 year old stepson told me to STOP and DON't EVER do that again. Sadly, I also have video evidence of me in the musical Lil Abner. Oh my...that was a sight. Alright fine, I'll get up from my desk at work and dance...Hold on while I entertain my co-workers. There...they are all laughing now...at least someone is. Uh oh...someone got the "hook" out to pull me off the stage, guess that is a sign I need to get back to work!

Hugs and have a GREAT day!
