Marking off on my list as people are receiving my fabrics. Please let me know when you get it, so if the post office "eats" any, I can send a replacement sooner than later.

Elisabrat - Honey, take care of yourself. Dr. Seuss and all his lil friends will be there tomorrow, next week, heck even next month. Work on getting yourself well. I will send good thoughts and prayers and well wishes your way. I'll also get my puppies saying puppy get well prayers for you!!! BTW, I must admit I truly enjoyed your "stories" this morning at 2:30am when I woke up from a horrid nightmare and couldn't get back to sleep. I hope today is a much better day for you and I KNOW in my heart that in the next few days, you will be back on your game again soon.

All of y'all who have sent me F8's that I have received...shhhh...sounds like hubby will be out of town tomorrow, so I can work on them and "hopefully" get them done. However, I have to work on my UFO also...so he thinks I was busy.

SheriR - I'm so glad you liked the movie!!!

Oh no, no vegans in this household. I married a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I'm the one who pushes the salad and vege's, he's getting use to it. And yup, it's HIS garden, he tills, plants, tills somemore and picks. Then he brings it to me to do with whatever. Gotta' love it. I was wondering about posting those pics, never done that before, usually has been the receiver to post unless they let me know that they can't post pics, then I do. So from now on I will post who I have sent to and will put pics in the album, that way if you want to see them you can or you can wait until you get the little envelope. Does that sound okay with everyone? Better get dressed and head to the old post office and see what's in store for me today. Going to have kids and grandkids and a great grand daughter here this week end, starting tomorrow, 7 more people in this house, then saturday night my Dad and step mom for dinner too. It will be a pleasant quiet sunday night.

Slow go here but I am having fun picking out patterns and picking out fabrics is tonight. I ran into atleast 5 different patterns for that 1930-s fabric.

Marytoddliz, your grownup block is coming home today. Finished it this am.

Hubby is excited I want to go and see the Expendables. I just love those old hunky guys. My birthday is tomorrow and DH will be out of town so we will be going on Friday night for a date night. Then Saturday will be accupuncture and daughter hair done. Did get a quilt load this am also so i am ready to go. I wanted to put a wool and cotton batting on but bad part is the cotton batting is just the size of the quilt top and the wool is much larger so not sure good idea because will have to watch that cotton batting to be sure does not shrink under top. So now what? have to do my research.

What an invitation jaba, ok, book it and will be there. A little elf will go in my garage and do the quilting for me on the two I need done for show next week right?

I will be just holding the point of half way, 49 years young. Got my hair done so DH says I look a few years younger now. I also finally broke that plateau of 150 for three weeks, I am now 148. YEAH! So there is my birthday present. Havent been that weight in two years. Much better.
Well back to work so can mark a quilt top for quilting this weekend, embroidery some blocks, get some actual work finished up, and rush home to finish the quilt I just loaded. yep, busy and lvoing it.

um enjoy your weight loss while you can Quiltermomma.. he he....

AND sure 49.. my mom said she was 49.. one more time for the rest of her entire life. She passed on at 91 and said it was never anyones business. She said if you feel it it must be true. Lordy Lordy I am not thinking of how old I feel.. lol maybe I will skip that. Always loved my age, heck I am here to see it it must be a good year. 50 for this old bird. So your a baby. Could you get your nails done for us too so I dont have to?

Jaba, now I truly love your man. Its his garden? Swoon twice again and thanks for throwing in the roast chicken while your at it. I think you can get one of those here real cheap, oh wait those are egg chickens ok scrambled eggs and taters.. I will fly out to eat with you surely its my birthday too.. sometime

I have a mission to finish your block today moonrise and yosemitesa.. missions are a good thing. I will then go see if any more goodies await me.

To those with too much stash. Make your hubbies/wifes happy.. send some my way and show them look I am sharing they will feel happy for you, I will feel happy for you (grin) and then you can casually stuff that bag of NEW fabric you accidentally found (accidentally you found it honest..) into your bins and they will never notice. See you destashed! sorta in a warped kinda way.. it works for me (grin twice).. you got the addy I have tons of space. Donated all my sewing stuff last february when it truly appeared it was not going to be needed. Even my MACHINE.. so scratcho for el brato.. the humane society thanks me. wonder if they will thank me BACK? darned its gone faster than they could put it out. Must have been good stuff
