Is there anyway you could use styrofoam? Don't know if it would work or not. Also when you say cowboys are you looking for Dallas cowboys nfl fabric? If so let me know and I'll see if I have some left, pretty sure I do. Had an order to make a table runner and 8 placemats for a lady.

Probably could use styrofoam but find some of that smoother stuff. I don't like the texture of styrofoam but could put a veneer of clay or thick paint over the face (that's really the only part that shows).

Yep Dallas Cowboys. We're cowboys fans I drafted a design with a giant star in the center for the quilt that will just be navy, then the white around that, then the background of the star I was planning the cowboys fabric that's a dark blue with like, lightning, then a border of white that just says cowboys all over it, or just plain white, not sure... I dunno it's going to have so much cowboys it'll be vomiting cowboys. But he loved the draft I made. I'm thinking for the gnome I will just embroider a little cowboys star on the shirt and give 'em a little football

nooo jaba, I say he is demanding a cowboy quilt. why not play with him a tad and make a western quilt horses etc.. and say hey you said COWBOY it will not mess with your decor like decorating for a football team can and well who doesnt like cowboys? all toughened up, five o clock shadow, gams, um can ride horses (a prerequisit for all men) and well, you can look at em and then you can send em on their merry way.. they are tough they can handle it ok ok no cowboy western quilt shoot such a good idea.

if your the newbie to the group and watching jump on in at any time. WELCOME! (the band is playing.. I forget what they are playing someone help me here).. we are a fun nutty, reserved (ok not me) quiet and loud group all in one. You will fit in just nicely!

last shout out: did everyone get their blocks back from me? no? good cause that would scare the living heck out of me since I still have this box that seems never to get thinner in to dos..

well I have sent somethings out any receipients? sigh tapping fingers.. donta donta donta donta donkey pace again.. guess I should put stamps on them. Courier ants are not very fast.

haahha Linda I just laughed out loud. So rare for me. Stamps might help or it might add more weight on those poor anty shoulders. Tough call.

Linda if I sent western cowboys I'd probably get a lasso back telling me to use in it a big tree. I know I can be difficult sometimes but I sure don't want to give someone a reason to be rid of me on purpose!! Those little gnomes would sure be cute in purples and teals???hint hint, dang, wish I had some Bronco's fabric around here, well maybe I'll have to go get some and sent that too. Okay I hear ya' yelling and a kickin'.....after the boom is over. I'll go downstairs and stuff it in something and send your way. Made a heart today and have to mail that. Post office box was empty and I just kept looking and looking nope the only think I found was the cell phone bill. ugh Linda your ham and beans sounded pretty good, haven't made that in a long time. Guess what's in the slow cooker?
