Kristen I'm glad you liked it. That is my first experience with batiks. I have no idea where that pink came from. It was a scrap larger than a FQ...probably came in a box of something I bought somewhere..lol. I was in awe that the green spots matched yours almost perfectly! AND pink is opposite green on the color wheel! I don't think I could have bought a better matching piece :) (IMO anyway..lol)

Your quilt is looking awesome. So colorful!

Thank you. I love your block, the contrast colors make a block just pop. How perfect that you had the piece of fabric just waiting. I hope you like using batiks. We have an LQS in town that has tons of batiks. They are just gorgeous fabrics and wonderful to work with.

thank you. I love how they are coming together, I can hardly wait to see the rest of them. Just a few minutes ago while lying in bed trying to go back to sleep I was thinking about maybe putting them on point and adding more batik fabric. . . I will have to think about it a little longer. My husband really wants a bigger quilt for our bed (it's king sized).

Oh Nancy I hope that you are feeling better. My thoughts and prayers will be with you as you recover. We still have a ton of time until this swap is over, so please don't stress.
