I just love this swap! Thank you ladies for making it so much fun and thank you for joining me. I too am eagerly looking forward to 2.0! This swap has really helped me get back in to my quilting and really start pushing myself again! I anticipate 2.0 blocks that I make will be soo much better than the ones I made for 1.0 :-)
I took some pictures of my new little quilter working on a block tonight-she is trying so hard!

I purchased my fabric for 2.0!!!!!!! I AM SO THRILLED about it!
I decided to make two quilts out of 2.0. Should I post pics of the fabric???? Or let it be a surprise? ;o)

oh she is so cute!! good job ladies for finishing all those blocks!! can't wait to receive all of mine in the mail. i should be able to do some more this weekend and send them out.

OH April, she is adorable! I know you are THRILLED to have a quilting buddie! :)

I too have my fabrics all set for 2.0! I can't wait it to start. I learned ALOT from this swap. Now I am not afraid to try anything! Ah my friends, I am using your F8's as guinea pigs to try out different blocks! :) My appliques have improved(well in my opinion) and my mind has broaden to more ideas and colors other than Civil War & Batiks. LOL

Love the block being posted. Everyone is doing such creative stuff and gorgeous work. Please sign me up for the 2.0 swap as well. Your grand is so cute. How fun for you to have this time with her and what fun for her as well. My grands live in New York, to far away do have frequent visits for such times together on a regular basis. Love both fabrics Lisa but I know exactly what I would do with the butterflies hint hint lol
