Boomerang Friendship Swap 1.0(Sign-Ups Closed)-Need Help Identifying Two Fabrics :-) 09/27/10

I love it! I have already decided that my next one will be an antique-y red white and blue...this is the fabric that has inspired this idea:
If you think you're sick...I decided today that I was going to use the scraps that everybody doesn't want back to make 9" blocks for the back of my quilt. So I've just doubled the number of blocks I need to make AND I can't wait for the next one to start. For the next one I think I'm going to pull FQ's from my stash and send them. Think time I used one piece.

Squishie update!
today I received from: ckcowl, montanaquilter, NancyinLouisiana, neoma, and Susiequilt. Lovely materials, all. I can hardly wait to get started on these blocks! I'm doing some research to try and locate just the "right" blocks for each of you. Found a couple last night that refer to locations (I think one was Canadian Garden?), so you may get a block based on your location (or name, or ????? - I just don't know!)
Happy day all.

I had already decided to make a scrappy quilt out of everyones scraps that don't wish to receive them back.
As I make each block, I am cutting the scraps into squares. By the end I should have lots of charms, 2.5", 2", 1.5" etc. to make a scrappy quilt.
I love the siggy blocks too! I might have to think about this...
