Here's my update:
Today I received 2 great blocks from Reeree
A beautiful block from Sandiannie
and a F8th from:
Neoma

I am now at30 F8th's and 16 blocks.
I am going to try to start cutting and sewing a few this weekend. We had graduation for our program tonight and only 1 more week of school. I am definitely ready.

Those are all pretty blocks rere that block is really nice, I like how it looks because I need ideas for black and white.

I received a beautiful block from ReRe with a GORGEOUS embroidered butterfly on it! Even hubby was amazed!! Thank you so much! I will have to post pictures at a later time.

Update!!

Sorry I was out for a couple of days. Friday was one of those days at school where it takes every bit of self-control not to cry in front of the kids, so I went to see my mom for the weekend (two hours away) and no computer/internet.

=)

I got F8s from Odessaquilts and Neoma

and blocks from: ReRe & Sandiannie -- ReRe -- I love the block, and I'm going to run a decorative stitch down that "pesky" one! ;) :) it'll work perfectly!

Both of these blocks will be added to my "purple only" quilt!

More yummy blocks! I do love coming here to peek. I am having so much fun with this swap, even though right now I'm falling behind rather badly...

Sew & jet, can you imagine I never caught on to the fact that it's the same fabric? lol Here I was sitting cooing over the two blocks loving the fabrics and all you put into them... Too much feng shui in my head, I'm tellin' ya!

On another note, nice thread about freezer paper here, for those who were asking... :)
