I got two lovelies yesterday, one from April & one from Nancy in LA. They're both really nifty. April, I LOVE the fabric you selected to go with mine. I would not have thought of putting those two together, but I like the finished product.

I'm still missing a few, but I know they'll arrive in due time.

I'm s excited for 3.0! I've already gone online and ordered fabrics for it! (FYI, if you go to Fabric.com they're having a Westminster blowout sale! I got 14.5 yds for just over $36 and I'll have PLENTY to use for sashing/borders/pillow cases, etc. after using my F8's. At $2.49 per yard, you almost can't go wrong, and there is a lot to choose from! Sale ends at Midnight on 7/26/10, so get there early if you want some cuz they'll go pretty fast at that price!)

Thank you so much! Those words mean so very much to me! More than I think anyone could ever realize.

Odessa-thanks for the heads up! They had co-ordinating fabric for the panel I did blocks for in the first swap that I was going to order for the backing but by the time I went to checkout it was gone :-(

    Hugs

You're so welcome .... I found plenty to buy, but restricted myself to several pieces from one line. So I will send out coordinating fabrics to everyone and have a more diverse quilt, I think. I was just going to send stuff from my stash and have a "semi-planned" scrappy, but I could not resist. $2.49/yd is just almost too good to be true! (That's how I got the beautiful green paisley for this one, too! I bought 10 yards of it for Boom 2.0; sales just seem to find me when I am at my weakest!!)

    Fabric Blessings to All,

Your Enabler of the First Order
