    I am learning as I go ladies, I have found a bunch on Quilters Cache that I am learning to make just by simply following the directions. I feel like I am learning as I go and my experience is growing so much!

    I have received some more blocks & fat 8ths in the past couple of days:
    fat 8ths:

    janecat
    karen
    suedonnie

    blocks received
    jetnica
    mishnjim

    I think this is all I have received in the last 2 days...
    I am having a harder time keeping up with these then I thought...

    will try to stay better on top of these...and I promise to post pics of the ones I have...soon!!(on my new blackberry and have to figure out how to download them)

    Tink we all learn as we go, you should have seen some of Mine & April's when we first startd. I find that if I take my spread sheet and mark the blocks off as they come in and as I mail them out it's so easy to keep track of them this way.

    I received another F8th squishie today, this one is from kysmommy.
    I also received a really nice looking block from:

    So far I have received 24 f8ths and 5 blocks.

    i don't think I got any extra fabric back with this one...don't worry about it though, i love my block (great idea putting your name on the back in ink...

    Sorry...What I meant, was that the fabric that you sent me to make a block? I sent someone else's block to the wrong person and I'm still trying to figure it out.

    They were all part of different fat quarter bundles I think. I will check and see if there are any selvages. I believe they came from Joann's. Two of them were in a fat quarter package that came in a small metal basket.

    Ladies, we all started somewhere! I love simple blocks. They help provide balance and variety. Robin, there are lots of blocks you can try that only use squares and rectangles. The Antique Tile Block is a good one. As purplemem says, as long as you put a piece of yourself in it, the blocks will be wonderful!

    I received fabric from tink121272 today.

    I have several more blocks going out tomorrow. I have kysmommy2's block ready to go, just waiting on the address. Hope the move is going smoothly!
