WOW!! You ladies are fast on the return trip!!! I haven't finished one to go out yet! Guess I better get started over the next week! I have dated each envelope so I will get them out in the order they came in, if possible. I have picked out fabrics and patterns for some, even started appliqueing one of them, still have to get sewing soon!

Question as I sit down to work on Boomerang Blocks this morning (my goal is to get all the ones I have finished this weekend!)

Can we applique or add embellishments (buttons, etc.)? It's a block that's like 8th in line, so I have time to find out the answer, but I didn't want to do anything without checking first!

    (wow, i'm needy today!)

salmonsweet - yours is done, but was afraid to mail it as you asked us to hold off ... let me know when would be a good time.

I've included my F8s in these packages. My hubby, being the sweetheart that he is, will be mailing them this morning as I'm on my way to some classes I signed up for at the local quilt shop.

I can't wait to see what you all think of my blocks :D

    Tink,
the help me out block is from buddy'smom :-)
I just love love all of the blocks I see-you ladies are doing a fabulous job!\
Robin & Tink do not fear we all started somewhere and I think everyone in this swap recognizes this fact. ENJOY Yourselves do not fret!! And if you need anything I am always here to help in any way that I can
    Jetnica
I personally do not mind if you add embellishments to my block but what you may want to do is PM the person and ask them as some people find it harder to quilt with buttons and such :-)
    Hugs
    April
OOOOOOO I also received F8s from SewCornie, KYSMommy & Janecat.

And MY FIRST COMPLETED BLOCK from Renee!
Just beautiful! Have to find camera....it's somewhere under the scraps...behind the blocks...and the batting...and the extra fabric!

[still searching through sewing room, throwing fabric here and there]

    I'll find it soon ;)

    I received 6 squishies!
    buddy'smom
    karen
    kbunn
    kysmommy2

    tink
    Love the fabric!
Finished my first block!!! A little rough since I never make 12 inch blocks, but by the time I finish 35 blocks I should be good at it.
