Everyone, sorry these girls are late. I had August and I will take them to the PO tomorrow before i go to the airport. This is my first machine applique and fusing so it was a learning experience. Hope you will accept them as they are not perfect.

The palm tree goes past the seam allowance so I left it loose and you can decide if you just want to sew it into the seam or put it onto sashing.

Here is my January Sue. This is my first attempt at applique, so it is far from perfect. Probably not the smartest choice to make my first try part of a swap, but I thought it would motivate me.

This afternoon Kaye-Kaye's, QuiltAddict and Quiltwoman's little girls jumped on to the front porch.
Waiting for 6 more (promised)to come. I have 7 who have not responded to pm's asking about their girls. Thanks for being patient with this swap. It is going to be a real cute one when I get it all figured out.
