Look at the adorable quilt and bag of goodies that arrive from Fu and her mother Youme! There's the doll quilt...amazing work Fu! Seriously! Youme was concerned about it and I think it turned out just lovely!

Then, she made a bag, a little coin purse, a tissue holder and also sent a pair of socks and some beautiful pieces of Japanese indigo fabrics! thank you so, so, so much!!!

The letter on the quilt says" SOPHIA" in Japanese letter.
The coin purse would fit to your thimble to be in. I use them for my thimble case.

What a wonderful quilt and package you received Sophia. I am sure you will treasure these things for ever. Nice job Fu! This quilt is the one Stephen made. I will post Shin's as soon as Stephen comes home to show me where it is.

    Again, great job Fu. Gwyn

Stephen is 13, but do to his autism, seems more like 9-10. He had to e helped because he is afraid of the sewing machine. He chose the fabrics and helped with cutting, putting blocks together and the clipping. I ran the machine and over saw the other steps. This took a long time since he also had school to contend with. I think he did a good job.

Shin: I should be able to post your's later today.
