I figured you would know how to fix it. Just a little bummed that is was limp by the time it got there. For the star I folded a 11 x 17 piece of paper and cut I think 1/4 inch strips that were 8.5 inches long. They may have been 3/8. I have used strips up to 1/2 inches wide. I found nice ribbon works well also, if it has a interesting second side, they have a nice two tone look.

This is the ornament I made for TiltedEars. She opened it early and I guess forgot to post a picture,so here it is. I sent it in a jar that has a lid that I drilled 4 holes in and ran ribbon through. It looks like a big button on top. Also sent a pair of "big girl panties" zip bag.

Mary that is so adorable. I love how you did it, and the little doll girl. I wish I knew how to make those. Tilted Ears you did get a great ornament.

Sue,yes it was a small kit. I added the bolts of fabric and scissors and hair. The jar is a small jar I bought at a local small store. the edges of the lid are rounded like a button.I don't know if anyone is selling the panties bags. They only take about 20 minutes to make. Someone on the board posted a pattern awhile back.
