When stuff like this happens I always have to keep telling myself that it could be worse (sometimes I don't know how) and that it will get better. It is really terrible when it is so cold out and things always seem to break down at my house when I want money for the holidays. Sometimes you just have to remind your family that at least you have each other. Praying for everyone who needs help right now. Keep your head up.

What's the weather looking like? Please be safe driving. Last year we had two cars totaled in less than 35 days.

Uh huh....."so they said "cheer up things could be worse"....so i cheered up and sure enough, things got worse !!

Seriously tho....why does it seem like stuff like this always happens in "groups".

So Sorry Michelle....i will keep my fingers crossed that it is just some minor little thing in both cases.

You didn't by any chance say out loud within hearing distance of any appliances that you had a little "extra cash" on hand.....NEVER let them know you have a couple of bucks extra !!! Same goes with your car..... hey, call me crazy, but the machines KNOW !!!

Dedemac, its cold here but so far no snow. Some ice here and there. We are most definitely being careful with the driving. I know it seems like I am just complaining but I am just really venting. Things will calm down when they are supposed to. I keep telling myself, The good Lord doesnt give me more than i can handle , but he does sometimes like to see my scramble. LOL

Update, plumbing fixed. Blame it on the hard water again. Calcium build up in the trap of the toilet. Plumber was here and got most of it out so we are good to go for a while. Thinking I need to research some products on Calcium removal and dump a bunch in there and let sit one day while out and about. Now onto the furnace. We think we have located the problem. Now just have to order the part and find a person to install it. There are not any people around here to work on them now so will most likely have to call someone in from over the mountain which is in another state. That is gonna be a large bill. Hope they take credit cards or do installments. Thanks for the kind everyone trust me I need them at times although I seem to have it all together secretly I am quaking in my boots at moments. Praying will be going on tonight just maybe a little louder and longer than usual.

On the up side, I got two more packages today. Thank you jamimclaugh for the package. It is sitting with the others. Now onto figuring out who the other is from since I was only supposed to get two all together and now I have four. I know they are not from the other swap Im in so onto searching my list of addys to find out who sent this one. All of them say dont open till the 6th so I know they have to be from here. Sneaking people. I will thank you once I figure out who you are. Oh, I am not opening till the 6th like they say.

I found you. You know who you are. There are some very sneaky but so nice people on here. Now since I have not had any of you as a partner before that I remember it makes me wonder where you got the addy for me. I do believe I know where that came from also. Smile on my face at the moment and so needed. Thanks again ladies. Waiting, although very impatiently until the 6th. Now onto my R&R for the night. Me and Ian Somerhalder have a hot date on netflix. LOL will check in later.
