    Why sure susan!
I love a swap where everyone shares stories, pictures and links to fun sites. It makes the swap a lot more personal and entertaining. The ornament recipient will not know until they get it who is sending to them. It will be a random pull from the hat of names and not paired up as couples.

If by chance you do get the same mail partner, it will be random and they will not know until they open the package. This is why it is important to put a card inside to tell them who you are. Well, and so they can thank you or tell who sent the pictured ornament when they show and tell.

Are we going to have a reveal party on a certain date? We haven't talking about it yet.

I don't think my ornaments are pretty really. More like Christmas cookies and casual this year. But, I don't know what kind of ornament I will be sending. I have other pp'd ones I might use instead. I am just playing at this point. LOL! I also have some pretty angels I have all the materials for I bought last year. Those I am going for pretty and Victorian looking.

Paper Piecing is always nice, and the Victorian Angels is something I just adore.

I spent yesterday afternoon tracing and cutting felt shapes, gluing and applying embellishments. That's just one set of ornaments. I have 4 or 5 others in the works, and hope to have them finished before I head out on my mini-vacation. I probably won't have time when I'm visiting my sis, she keeps me running. And if I recall, the mail date is mid-November? So I have to get cracking here because I still have two presents to make to take to my sister! Whew!! Time flies and work is getting in the way.

Thank you ,MizMelly. This is one I did a couple years ago for the swap. Done on my embroidery machine onto brocade with hand applied pearls.

For mailing information, here is the copy from the rules girls so we don't get confused.

"Mail to your partner on or before November 19, 2014. That is a hard date and must be met by everyone. Please make sure you have a tracking/confirmation number on your package. It just makes it easier to find in the event a package is delayed or lost in the mail."

Beautiful ornaments, RedGarnet!! Those are my favorite kind! I am seeing lots and lots of commercial ornaments at the stores already, and they are beautiful, however, I like the personalized hand made ones. Knowing that someone put the time and thought into each and every ornament makes them special.
And whew!! I'm back from the wilds of Utah on the 15th, so I'll have plenty of time to get my ornament packaged up and sent off!
