No word that my partner has received her package yet. Hmmm, getting concerned.

Linda, I always have the initial panic attack when the holidays are suddenly here. Then I realize I am only one person and I will do what I can and be happy with the results. After all, I want to enjoy the season too, not be a crazy person. I have two projects left to do and they will be. I started in july! LOL!

quilting cat, I hope you have a wonderful holiday and can join in next year. It is fun to send and receive an ornament from a Quilt Board member. Good memories and fun times, don't ya know.

sensewer, I have got to stay out of this candy! I dieted this year and lost the weight I wanted to. Now to stay on the right eating path to stay this way. Hard, but, I am determined. I will make cookies and gift them to friends and family. The toys and pencils will last until next year in a zip-lock.

I have had four more confirmations of mailings! Thank you for cooperating ladies. This makes my job so much easier and manageable to do.

This is what I had left over!

IT is not a requirement that you wait. But, if you do want to, the party date is December 6 at 1 pst, Sewnsewer.

Some of the gals enjoy the party and it makes it kind of a festive event to remember the swap by. I plan on waiting, to open with all the gals at the party. But, it is up to you. No one will have a fit if you open and share your ornament early. It is casual here. We are having fun!

When we open on the 6th at 1 do we then post on here with photos and thank you messages or do you do it 'live chat'? I've never done a reveal date before. I thought I was done.....I saw one ornament I loved at the store I want to duplicate....to add. I am sending an ornament I made that represents Texas. Should be ready in a few days, unless I fine more ideas to make.

    HI Irene C.
The gals usually send a thank you note and then post a picture on the thread with a thank you. That way they are sure the sending party is sure to get a thank you. You see, sometimes people don't come back into the thread and won't see the thank you and post of the ornament. I know it is kind of double duty. But, that is usually the way it has been done in the past. This is the first year I am hosting, so that is all I have to go by, years past. LOL...

Did you send it with a confirmation number, quiltermomma? I don't have anything on your mailing on my sent list.

You are doing a lovely job. I'll do my best to follow your direction, everything will go smoothly for your first time. The ornaments have so cute, can't wait to see all of them.

    That is a good idea.
