OK ladies, this being my first year need a quick question so I don't embarrass myself, can we send a little extra things in our box other then just out ornaments? Was going to place few little trinkets then thought I should ask, also do we wrap or no?

    Beautiful ornament TLambing!

Red, Sarah is a little doll!

Love all of the ornaments being shown, too bad it's not like a cookie swap where we get one of each!

Ha ha ha ... Your so funny Cheesehead! Can you imagine making 50 of each ornament? WOw, now that would be a huge undertaking.

I am making my niece a fake mink fur vest today to go with her jumper I have finished, well except for the hemming. I want to try it on her and make sure of the length. I hope to get it done this weekend at my sister's house. I think she will be there with her. She usually babysits her weekends. Well, sometimes I do too. But mostly she is at my sis's house. Sarah loves her dog and they are fast friends. It is so cute to see.

The whole point is I hate working with this fur! Wow, it fly's all over the place and is a pill to work with. I bought way too much. Now I think I will make infinity scarves with the left over fabric. Maybe a clutch for my mother in law too. I heard they are "The" accessory of the season. I googled images and I think I can make one easy enough. We will see. Check this one out by Gucci.

I've seen the Nutcracker Ballet many times over the years, mostly prior to my marriage. Before we moved to Ireland, I took the girls to see the ballet. My oldest collects Nutcrackers, & I thought she'd never get to see the ballet if we moved overseas. Then, a several years ago (back in the States), she took me to see the Nutcracker Ballet once more -- who doesn't love ballet?

The same daughter took me to see Riverdance as a birthday present a few years ago. I absolutely love Riverdance. But, then, I love all things Celtic!

I used to have my own radio show, called Celtic World. I have quite a collection of celtic music, which I can listen to all day long. My Irish-born husband, on the other hand, has a Classic Rock show on Friday nights from 5-9 p.m. EST on WAPJ Radio; you can access it on the computer. If you hear an Irish accent, you found him!

I didn't realize there were 2 more pages to read after I answered the question, Has anyone seen a live performance of The Nutcracker? So I had a bit of catching up to do!

tlambling -- love that pinecone ornament!

Red -- your niece is adorable! And she clearly loves her Santas!

Everyone is making wonderful ornaments. I wish we can all get one of each. Just love that idea!

My daughters and I have been to the Performing Arts Center several times to see The Nutcracker live.

I also collect nutcrackers, my son has bought me several Steinbach Nutcrackers over the years. He has also bought me a Steinbach witch nutcracker that I put out over Halloween. I have been collecting nutcrackers for 20 years and place them all over the house.

That is a beautiful young lady. What a pretty smile.

Ctyankee I would love to see a live performance of The Nutcracker, and I love ballet. When I was a young girl going to school in Chicago, our teacher took us for a trip to see a ballet performance, and I was in love with it.

I got my ornament package mailed today to my special person.

RedGarnet, I sure am glad you have hosted this swap for all of us. I know the others feel the same way. You are a great Swap Hostess.
