Red, I like the Christmas Flamingos quilt. I am sure your MIL will love it.

Mine is winging its way to warmer climes. It's 52 and raining here! At least it's not the white stuff!!! Want to wait until after Thanksgiving for that, since everyone is coming to our house that day.

I have better pictures of the tatted snowflakes that I will post if my partner can't. The red one is small about 2 inches and the white one is a little larger 3 inches.

Played hooky from work this afternoon but no time for sewing doing a deep clean on the kitchen and only 1/3 of the way done, want to finish it before DH comes back from his work trip.

Ladies, I need to make a quick explanation of what's going on here so you will understand my absence of the board for awhile. I came home as soon as I could get here as my Father was admitted to the hospital very ill. He passed away yesterday so right now my life is making arrangements and finalizing details. I hope you all understand.
I have mailed my ornaments but have not received as of yet. Will try to check in later

OH Jaba! I am so very sorry for your loss. I pray you and family will be attentive to each other and that all will go smoothly for the days ahead. We all understand what you must be going through.

Jaba, I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your Father. I lost my Dad a few years ago. I miss him very much as I am sure you miss your Father already. Fathers are so important in our lives. I will be praying for you, your family and all of the details you need to tend to now.
