Welcome to the club! Have done that more times than I want to count. But as mentioned, makes for nice scraps!

Thanks everyone. Yellow and blue or in this case gold and blue are a favorite color combination. Now to get them ready to mail.

Oh man I tried to make the T block last night I was using a directionally fabric thought I was doing good but 2 of the corner 4.5" blocks are of course opposite direction duhh!! SO back to the stash I think to pick a different fabric. Will need to wash before I can cut so off I go to see what I have in my stash Have the other 2 blocks all made trying to get this done before school starts as I am homeschooling my youngest this year.

Everyone's blocks are looking so great love all the different color choices everyone made

I like them Christine and would gladly trade one of my T blocks with you. I make the blocks with mixed fabrics on purpose to give them a scrappy authentic look.

Thank you. I washed up a couple of fabrics and will see how they turn out. Will most likely keep this one for myself and make new ones for the swap.

The block looks fine. I don't think CW quilts were directionally precise......

Frustrated, I like your blocks. Enjoy the homeschooling this coming year! My daughter has homeschooled all her kids, and loved it. I admire her, she is in her element at home and in the classroom.
