I only like flavored coffee with flavored creamer. That is the only way I will drink coffee.

I am the same. It is funny in our house, we run out of creamer, no one drinks coffee. I think there is an addiction here.

guilty: I'll redem myself, here is a recipe for very low fat Italian dressing

use one envelope good seasons Italian dressing mix
6 table spoons water
4 table spoons lite mayonaise
3 table spoons any type of vinigar

mix well in a food processer
if its too thick add more water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired thickness

this has 185 calories in the whole recipe
if following the regular directions you will have 970 calories for the whole recipe
