Well we got word that Canada post will be back delivering mail tomorrow. Yeah! My secret package should be here tomorrow as my secret pal sent it at the first of the month.

I am loving all of the swaps this month. Lots of great ideas.

Today was not a total loss. I got 3 birthday cards in the mail and a birthday package from my cousin. But nothing from an SP, so still on the beach - not such a bad place to hang out, either. Tomorrow is my real birthday - well, only 1.5 hours from now technically. So wouldn't it be ironic if the SP package really arrived in the mail tomorrow?

Thanks to everyone who commented on my Bow Tucks photo. I enjoy making them for people a lot. It won't be my last. And, yes, I love seeing different peoples' fabric choices, also. Each one makes the purse look entirely unique!!!

I received my squishy for Moedeenie when I got back on holiday on Friday. I have pm'd Lori and Moedeenie but wanted to try to get a photograph before I posted on the board and had to wait for my son to do it for me. (I really must work this out for myself!!!)
Anyway a huge thanky you to Maureen for the wonderful package. This is what I got (hope I don't miss anything out)Wonderful craft related tote bag (we have nothing like that over here), knitting pattern book and knitting gauge; Sudoku puzzle book; border patterns;nail file; lots of lovely fabric; thread; tissue holder;and almost forget the sweets (which have been fought over by my son and grandchildren). Once again thank you so much Maureen, a lovely thoughtful package which really brightened my day. Eileen
