I am so looking forward to these - now to get some yellows ( hint-- hint) and I will be set ... why these colors you might ask... well when my son and DiL got married 2 years ago they did Orange and Yellow for the wedding colors - I have wanted to make them a double wedding ring quilt ( The cheater way with applique ) so wants of variety

Son is a HUGE Tennessee fan.. his wife humored him with the orange and she picked a mellow yellow - it worked really well for a May wedding

2012 are already planned out till November and 2013 is almost planned.. I have ideas for 2013 but i've got plenty of time to make changes..

Ispys, 1930's or Batiks (alternating), and stash busters are a given every year..hint hint..

I know it can be hard to cut them - they all are so pretty I know I am making a jar quilt with the food ones , that is a given .... I have used some of the strips for a strippy quilt I am working on now - will post pics of it when I am done

I will have to look for some of the books- I like to have them when I want them so when I find something I like I buy them
