Tuesy..I like the block both ways too. Klue, thats a great idea...9 of each.

I also don't allow my food to touch....it would get contaminated! I thought you were supposed to only eat 1 food item at a time. Hmmmm.....you mean there is a different way to do it????

i hate to be such a bug (hmmmm...OCD????) but we need more feedback on the "group quilt" in January. Several people have proposed names. If you'd like, I can go back thru the site, list all the names and we can have a vote. It would be great to get more input on name ideas...can you guys start throwing out your thoughts??? Pretty please, with sugar on top? And a cherry too!!!

Okay, about my idea to do a DJ retreat with our final quilts. What if it were in Bennington or nearby??? There must be a cool place to rent there and we could do it in Sept/Oct when the DJ is on display. I know this idea is not original...I recall someone else talking about it. Sound like something a group might be able to put together???

For example, look at this place:

    http://www.vermontproperty.com/detai...n-rentals/891/

Sleeps 8 - $1400 for a week. If 8 go in on it, that is $175 for a week of lodging. We could bring our machines, have little outings...how fun. I can look at more places. Isn't Sept/Oct 2011 a great time to go to Vermont??????????????????????

thats a beautiful time to go to vermont.

sometimes the vermont quilt has the jane on display too and we could go then but the downside is thats in the summer and some people might have child care issues.

klue- food not touching? I thought I was the only adult that did this! And I eat one item at a time.

OCD? hmmm, never thought of it that way.

I do get nervous and stressed if things are not neat and in order.....that's why I have the guest room- it's always neat, orderly and very pretty- it calms when I look in there.
