On the bobbin thread, I used Finishing Touch...and get it here http://www.sewingsupplywarehouse.com/fitobothw.html It came with both my Ellegante and 4000D. It can also be used for making lingere'(sp?).

OQF... I use a off white/neutral color when sewing all my blocks..

OH MY!!!!!!!! I just had to read back through 6 pages of posts !! didn't even know what was going on here!! glad I did I see the deadline was extended a bit :mrgreen: I have been so busy this will help out!
Can't wait to see the thread for the sew along, I posted asking about colors for the dear jane and everyone went CRAZY asking all different questions from Klue! she will have her hands full!
Good luck with the surgery and yipee to the time off!!(too bad it is after surgery though)

I love your blocks Janstar. They look so Christmasy (?). I think I missed the theme a little on mine. I will be mailing my blocks and triangles in the morning. One thing about PP there is a mess to clean up afterwards. I got my sewing room all cleaned up, even rearranged a few things and I ready for the next project, binding a wall hanging that's been in the works for a year or so.
I can't wait to start making these blocks. One good thing about making your own and only making one; once you get one really like you want it you can move to the next. I have my supplies and am ready for
