seems like the more anxious one is to get something in the mail, the longer it takes to get there

i was just talking with DH about it and i told him he should help me do the swapping because its going to be a lot of blocks.

he looked at me like i was being dramatic and asked exactly how many blocks are we talking about and went back to working on the computer.

i said "its a total of 1800 blocks"

he looked up at me from his computer and said "could you repeat that i think my hearing is off today"

I can't wait to get my blocks! I plan to make a wall hanging with them. I live in an apartment and this will be the first thing I put up on my walls to make it feel more like home! :)

I'm used to having a large family gathering for the Holidays. Usually at my mother's and roughly 20 people. But hubby and I live to far from family and it will be just the two of us this year. So LOTS of turkey for 2!

That is sooooooo funny. Anyhow Happy Thanksgiving to all and enjoy your time with everyone. I managed to get up to 6 people which is fine, next year will be more since I'll hold mine the Saturday before so the kids don't have to run all over God's creation.
