Thanks for posting the rimfire site! I am looking and thinking. If I'd get off here and sew, I might just have time to do these...I really want to Klue...its just a time issue for me!

its very hard to find large scale pics of the original jane - the official dear jane site seems to have the best pics.

the book doesn't really have better pics of the quilt block either - the book offers a scale line drawing of the block which you could use to make templates or to make a paper piece pattern.
Thanks for posting this site. The author of this site also redrafted several of the blocks in an attempt to more closely imitate what Jane
    might have had in mind.
she also redrafted some because she didn't like the way the book drafted some of them.

i think its quite common that some blocks get redrafted by most people who do a jane.

i'm sure jane stickle made some design decisions based on what she had on hand and if she had access to everything that we do today this quilt would have been done differently.

i understand there's no real rush to decide since the delivery date is the end of october. the only downside to waiting to long to enter the swap is the easier blocks will be taken.

i think you'll find that the easy blocks go together very quickly. you'd be able to finish all 18 blocks in a few hours.

I haven't ever done a swap before so this is a first for me! I have watched some of the other swaps so decided it looked like fun and this is one that is right up my alley. I know I can do this one easily.
Someone asked me awhile back if I had ever done one of these and I hadn't even seen one before.

This sounds like way to much fun! I've been dying to dive into a dear Jane project and can't wait. I'll send a pm when I pick out my block.
