    really want my new babylock out of layaway.
    Star I have a Babylock and Love, Love, Love it! Hope you get it before Christmas, that's an awful long time to wait.

    Me too!! just tight on funds, if it was up to me i would have it now but then bills wouldn't get paid :oops:
    I am taking a sewing class and get to use a nice new babylock machine, what a tease!!

    I would love to do this (I think). I will give it a go. I haven't got the book but that first quilt is just wonderful. I am a fairly new quilter, but I can follow directions. Let me know if you want something specific.

    i would love for you to join in on the swap.

    i'm attaching 2 pictures of some easier Dear Jane blocks. you're welcome to do one or both of them if you'd like to do 2 sets of 18 blocks.

    the blocks are J6 and M5.

    all you have to do is let me know which block(s) you'd like to do (in the christmas colors) and then PM me your emails address and i'll send you the pattern on how to put the block together.

    Well, here is my practice block for DJ block L7. It went together well (after I messed with the center) and I think it turned out ok. I have one point that didn't touch the seam, but not bad for my first tiny little thing.

    That looks awesome Ducky!! I'd rather have the point a little short from the edge than have the point cu!t off!!! Good work, small pieces and they are challenging.
