Thanks Tuesay. I need 2 1/4 as I need to turn under a portion to get a 2 inch radius. Could even go a hair over the 1/4...

Here ya go! I put the 3 smallest ones in there just in case you might need something bigger/smaller.. Ooh and I meant to say that Letter C template, the biggest one measures out to 2 1/4"

i print patterns out thru photoshop. i've found it to keep things true to size.

i even when i scan patterns from books/magazines i use photoshop to make sure it prints true to size.

    esq

here's an outline drawing from the software. you could use it as a template for the circle.

use make sure to add the seam allowance to this drawing because this should measure exactly 4.5 inches.

so if you cut out the circle part to use as a template make sure you cut the fabric a 1/4 more all the way around for the seam allowance.

Has anyone used a washer to make a circle? You can get all sizes at a hardware store, trace the circle, cut a 1/4 around it, run a needle & thread around the outside add the washer, pull tight, press and perfect circle?? They also have templates for these as well.

Thanks Tuesy - they are printing out as we speak. I'll let you know how it goes - I'm at work today so it'll have to be later on tonight or tomorrow, or the next day...
